Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ReelsCutter. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and ReelsCutter Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReelsCutter ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ReelsCutter is a web-based SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze YouTube video content and identify viral reel-worthy moments. The Service provides timestamps, transcript excerpts, virality scores, and related analytics based on AI processing of publicly available video content.
3. Usage Limits
Your use of the Service is subject to plan-specific limits including daily video processing quotas and maximum video duration restrictions. Free plan users may process 1 video per day up to 15 minutes in length. Pro plan users may process 5 videos per day up to 20 minutes in length. Pro Max plan users receive unlimited processing. Limits reset at midnight IST daily. Attempts to circumvent usage limits through multiple accounts, automated access, or other means may result in immediate account termination.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to process videos you do not have rights to analyze; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models underlying the Service; (c) resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written authorization; (d) upload malicious content or attempt to compromise Service security; (e) use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service outside of official API channels; (f) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of ReelsCutter and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. Content you submit remains yours — ReelsCutter does not claim ownership over your input data or the clips identified by our AI.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. You authorize ReelsCutter to charge your chosen payment method on each billing date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors or as required by applicable law.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated virality scores or clip suggestions. Results vary based on content type, language, and quality.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelsCutter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and/or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
